| The cottage at 6 Mt. Vernon, Cape May, is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is excellent, one block from the ocean and about 5 blocks to the Washington Street Walking Mall. It has one bedroom, one bath, a full kitchen along the back of the living room and can accommodate 2 to 3 people including children. There is a small front patio and on-site, off-street parking. The cottage rents by the week during the summer months and nightly during the spring, fall, and winter seasons. The cottage is non smoking and pets are not allowed. The rate ranges from $85 to $125 per night during the spring and fall and $1000 per week during the summer season. Rates are based on occupancy by two people and there is an additional charge for a third person.
